With “self-help” books being all the rage, we asked Sabrina to do a little research and come up with a good recommendation. While previously a non-believer in self-help “psycho babble” as she likes to call it, Sabrina was converted when she was introduced to Miguel Ruiz’s The Four Agreements: A Practical Guide to Personal Freedom. I guess self-help isn’t so bad after-all!
